University of Vermont vs Emory for neuroscience: how should I compare them for undergrad?

I’m a high school senior trying to narrow down my college list and both of these schools are on it because I want to study neuroscience. I know they are very different overall, but I’m not sure what factors matter most when comparing them for an undergraduate neuroscience path.
