Georgia Tech vs UCLA for grad school prep: which is better for undergrad research and faculty connections?

I’m a high school senior trying to choose between Georgia Tech and UCLA, and I keep hearing that undergrad research opportunities and professor connections matter a lot for grad school later on.

I want to know which school is generally stronger for building that kind of prep during college, especially if I’m aiming for a graduate program after my bachelor’s degree.
