Virginia Tech students usually describe a tighter campus community, strong school spirit, and a social scene that is more rooted in the university itself.

For daily life, CU Boulder has one of the most distinctive physical settings of any major public university. The Flatirons are right there, Boulder is highly walkable and active, and the atmosphere can feel energetic and health-conscious.
