Is Carnegie Mellon or Columbia better for research opportunities as an undergraduate?
I’m trying to figure out which school would give me stronger research opportunities as an undergrad, especially if I want to get involved early. I know both CMU and Columbia are really strong schools, but I’m not sure how they compare when it comes to accessibility of research, faculty involvement, and getting real experience as a student.
