University of Washington vs Johns Hopkins for neuroscience: which is better for an undergraduate student interested in research and grad school?

I’m a high school senior trying to decide between University of Washington and Johns Hopkins for neuroscience. I’m especially interested in doing research as an undergrad and keeping my options open for grad school or med school.

Both schools seem strong, but I’m having trouble figuring out which one would be the better overall fit for neuroscience as an undergraduate.
