Cornell or Brown for neuroscience: which is the better undergraduate choice?

I’m trying to decide between Cornell and Brown for neuroscience, and I keep seeing people say different things about both schools. I’m interested in neuroscience as a possible pre-med path, but I also want a place with strong research and a good learning environment.

Between the two, Brown is often the easier place to thrive broadly as an undergraduate, but Cornell may be the more compelling pick if your main priority is being immersed in a large, research-heavy science setting from the start.
