For broad employer access and sheer volume of opportunities, Michigan is hard to beat.

One big differentiator is scale. Michigan’s size means more companies recruiting across more schools and majors, plus a very deep alumni base in cities like New York, Chicago, San Francisco, and Detroit. That matters because recruiting is often partly a numbers game: more employer relationships, more campus events, and more alumni working across industries who recognize the school and are willing to help.

But if the question is which school is stronger in recruiting in the broadest sense, Michigan is the more powerful platform.
