For a student who wants many possible routes into lab work, clinical exposure, and advanced biology coursework, Davis usually opens more doors.

One major difference is the scale and depth of science research. UC Davis is a major public research university with extensive work in molecular biology, genetics, neuroscience, animal biology, ecology, public health, and biomedical fields.
