If your priority is the business program itself rather than the overall college experience or location, Indiana has the clearer edge.

The biggest differentiator is recruiting scale and structure. Kelley has a large employer network, heavy alumni presence in business, and a long-standing culture of undergraduate recruiting across finance, consulting, accounting, marketing, and operations. It is especially well known for students targeting business roles straight out of college, and the school has specialized workshops, career coaching, and student organizations that are closely tied to recruiting cycles.

Another difference is how central business is to the undergraduate identity.
