Carnegie Mellon vs Vanderbilt for neuroscience: which is better for an undergraduate student?

I’m a high school junior trying to narrow down my college list and I’m really interested in neuroscience. I’ve heard both Carnegie Mellon and Vanderbilt are strong schools, but I’m not sure which one is the better fit specifically for an undergraduate neuroscience major.
