Another factor is recruiting structure. Penn State typically offers a deeper on-campus pipeline for business students through career fairs, employer events, and alumni connections tied specifically to Smeal. NC State is still a very solid option, especially if you value strong industry ties in North Carolina and a campus culture with more of a STEM and applied-business feel.
