Which is better for biomedical engineering, Johns Hopkins or MIT?

I’m a high school junior trying to narrow down my college list, and these two schools keep coming up for biomedical engineering. Both seem strong, but I’m not sure which one is generally considered better for the major.

I’m mainly looking for a simple comparison of their biomedical engineering reputation and overall strength in the field.
