Northwestern’s quarter system keeps campus busy, and the school has a strong tradition of student organizations, performances, and Big Ten sports. UCLA has incredible weather, a huge student body, major school spirit, and access to Westwood and Los Angeles, but the scale and commuting culture can make campus feel less tight-knit.
