Brown vs MIT for physics: which is better for an undergraduate student interested in physics research and graduate school preparation?

I'm a high school senior trying to decide between Brown and MIT for physics. I'm interested in doing research as an undergrad and want to be well prepared if I apply to physics grad school later.
