UVA tends to carry broader national prestige in undergraduate business circles, but BC is very well respected by employers, particularly in the Northeast. Both have powerful alumni networks, though they operate a little differently depending on region and industry.

For undergrad business specifically, UVA usually gets the edge. McIntire is especially well known among recruiters, and UVA places very well into consulting, finance, and other selective business roles.
