Notre Dame has a classic residential campus in South Bend, with a more self-contained feel and less immediate city energy right outside the gates.

You can walk around Georgetown itself, get into other parts of DC fairly easily, and feel connected to a major city with internships, museums, politics, and public transit nearby.
