Fordham is the better match for a student who wants volume, variety, and proximity. The Lincoln Center campus is especially useful for media, communications, arts administration, and corporate internships in Manhattan, while Rose Hill still connects students into the city. The school’s location matters a lot here because employers in New York regularly draw interns from nearby colleges, and that can make networking and repeat-semester internships much more realistic.

Chapman makes more sense for a student with specific interest in Southern California industries, especially film, television, entertainment marketing, and some adjacent creative fields. Its Dodge College has a strong reputation and industry-facing opportunities, and Orange County plus nearby Los Angeles can absolutely lead to impressive internships.
