Which is better for engineering, UChicago or Rice?

For a future engineer who wants the most straightforwardly worthwhile engineering experience, Rice has the stronger reputation in that specific area and the more established ecosystem around it. UChicago is more compelling when the draw of UChicago itself, its Core, and its style of inquiry is almost as important to you as the engineering degree.
