Caltech vs Georgia Tech for aerospace engineering: which is better overall?

I’m trying to decide between Caltech and Georgia Tech for aerospace engineering, and both seem really strong in different ways.

For aerospace engineering specifically, Georgia Tech is often the more complete all-around undergraduate choice, while Caltech is the more rarefied academic environment. If you are choosing strictly on overall aerospace breadth and day-to-day engineering opportunities, I would lean Georgia Tech. If you want the most intense small-school technical education and are excited by a research-first culture, Caltech is a remarkable pick.
