MIT or Duke for biology: which is better for an undergraduate biology major?

I'm trying to decide between MIT and Duke for undergrad biology and keep seeing people mention both schools as strong in science. I know the right choice can depend on fit, but I'm mainly trying to understand which one is generally considered stronger for biology as a major.

I'm interested in the overall biology program and research opportunities, not just prestige.
