Which is better for pre-med: University of Michigan or University of South Florida?

The main reason Michigan comes out ahead is breadth and reputation at the undergraduate level for science and medicine-adjacent opportunities. If you do well there, you will have access to outstanding preparation. USF can absolutely get a student to med school, but Michigan tends to provide the more robust platform across advising, research depth, and academic reach.
