Ohio State vs. Michigan for engineering: which is better for undergrad?

I’m trying to decide between Ohio State and Michigan for engineering and I keep seeing both listed as strong options. I’m mostly looking for a school that has a solid engineering program, good internships, and enough support if I choose to specialize later.
