Use the activity title line clearly: “Varsity Soccer,” “Varsity Track and Field,” or “JV/Varsity Basketball” if it changed over time. In the position/leadership field, include roles like captain, starter, event captain, or training lead if they are accurate. In the description, focus on specifics that show commitment and contribution, such as years participated, weekly hours, offseason training, team achievements, and what you actually did.

If the sport took major time and shaped your high school experience, rank it high in your activity list. If you earned honors connected to the sport, list those separately in the Honors section only if they were true distinctions and you have room.
