About
Expert reviser for students aiming for elite colleges. Instructor of Harvard undergrads. Former Princeton alumni interviewer. Lover of all things grammar, language, writing.

I helped get many students into college while working part time for CollegeVine as an undergrad, but in reality I've been revising friends' and classmates' writing for nearly half my life, from high school to my current PhD program in Romance Languages and Literatures.

When I applied to colleges back in 2016, I was accepted to Carnegie Mellon, Dartmouth, Johns Hopkins, Rice, Vanderbilt, and of course Princeton, where I ended up matriculating. Since then I've had the pleasure of befriending not only many Princetonians but also graduates of other elite colleges through the Brown in Bologna study abroad program and through my Fulbright cohort, so it is safe to say I am well acquainted with the student profile that elite colleges are looking for. Additionally, as a literature teaching assistant at Harvard, I am constantly getting to know newer groups of admits as well.

How I work
I can't wait to meet you and help you articulate who you are as a student! Starting ideally the summer before senior year, we will have weekly 1-hour meetings in which I will guide you through the entire application process: finalizing your school list, planning your essays, brainstorming, revising, proofreading, and finally submission.

I believe that writing a good personal statement will not only help you get into your dream school--it will also help you shape your own identity as a student and professional. Whether you are a STEM-oriented student who is a bit lost on how to approach your essays, or whether you lack the generational privileges that acquaint you with the American college admissions process, with my help you will be competitive with your humanities-oriented, legacy-admit peers.
