I graduated from Harvard College with a concentration in Chemistry, during which time I matured not only my interest in computational and translational research and its intersection with medicine, but also in creative writing and mentorship. After spending my immediate postgraduate years working in different research settings from Stanford University to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, I attended medical school at Rush Medical College of Rush University Medical Center, where I was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha and Gold Humanism Honor Societies. As I begin my residency in neurological surgery at Weill Cornell Medical Center, I hope to pay forward to my mentees the advice and support I received at each stage of my academic and professional pursuits in order to help them achieve theirs.

My mentees have come from various academic and socioeconomic backgrounds, have diverse interests ranging from attending an elite undergraduate institution to entering medical school or a healthcare-related field such as research or studying the fine arts such as creative writing. I aim to meet every student where they are and provide comprehensive, holistic counseling by way of essay review, undergraduate and medical school interview preparation, and general academic tutoring. I am willing to tailor my advising towards the needs of each individual and their families, and aim to be an effective, meticulous advocate for my mentees.
