How I work
I work closely with students to develop essays that are not only well-written, but also genuinely reflective of who they are. From the first brainstorm to the final draft, I offer tailored support at every stage β helping clarify ideas, strengthen structure, and refine tone and language. My approach combines thoughtful questions that draw out your voice with clear, actionable feedback to elevate your writing. In addition to essay advising, I help students think strategically about where to apply, making sure they're targeting programs and environments where they can truly thrive.
With experience in both academic research and highly competitive admissions, I also work with applicants applying to graduate and professional programs. I understand what selective schools are looking for and how to navigate those expectations without losing sight of what makes each applicant unique.
